Comments: Selected Exhibits

Nominating procedures.

Think of this as a way of encouraging historians--whether academic or in museums--to use objects as supporting evidence in their writings/exhibits. And also as a way of persuading them to visit the museum in question. In your submission please supply the following information (you might also consult the entry under the National Air and Space Museum).

Title of exhibit
Name of curator(s)
Opening date (year); expected  closing date (or “indefinite”)
Theme of exhibit and any comments of special interest
Notable ways in which objects have been used
Link to place on museum website where the exhibit is featured
Link to web version of the exhibit (if any)
Name of person making the nomination (which can be the curator)

Submit your nomination with any questions to Barney Finn
